Presidential Evaluation Process Committee

Donna Shavlik reported on the membership and progress made by the committee. She noted that there has been one conference call at which an overall plan is being discussed. She referred to the 360 degrees evaluation, but thinks that it really should mean the entire institution will be involved in evaluation. To evaluate a President, is to evaluate all aspects of the College. She noted by the end of October, early November there will be a calendar of this committee's plan. Her last point was that there has been formative evaluation of the President throughout her first year through her own assessment, Board assessment, her reports, and in minutes from Board meetings.
