Dear Mindy,

The Board of Trustee's response, at our last three meetings, to what I regard as reasoned concerns from the Goddard Community leads me to conclude that there is a solid majority on the Board for a direction of the College that I cannot support.

I do not have the heart to be an outsider at a place that has shaped my principles and my life more than any other.

Accordingly, I resign as a Trustee of Goddard College, effective immediately.
