We the undersigned state our support, in accordance with the philosophy of the cover letter [hyperlink to facultypet1.html], for the faculty of Goddard College in their work to design a process for appointing both an interim Dean for Academic Affairs and a permanent dean to replace Steve Shapiro.

We are eager to particpating in the process of appointing a Dean from the current faculty body, and will work with the faculty, staff and the administration to come to consensus as to whom should be the new Dean of Academic Affairs. We shall work together to appoint a Dean that has demonstrated an understanding in theory and practice of progressive education and cooperative decision making.
