ADULT STUDY FOR GODDARD
Vermont College Will Conduct
Five Schools in January

PLAINFIELD, Vt., Dec. 24 - Five
adult schools, each of from two to
four days' duration, will be conducted
at Goddard College during January: a
school of agriculture, a school of handicraft,
a school of Vermont cooperatives, a ski school
and a conference on "Fitting the College
to the Needs of Democracy".
Dr. William H. Kilpatrick, professor emeritus
of Teachers College, Columbia University, will be
chairman of the educational conference, assisted
by Walter C. Eells, executive secretary, American
Association of Junior Colleges; Hans Froelicher
Jr., head master of the Park School, Baltimore;
Stephen H. Fritchman, executive director of the
Unitarian Youth Commision, Boston; A.W. Snedeker,
director of the Vermont Child Guidance Clinic;
Frederick L. Redefer, executive secretary of the
Progressive Education Association, and others.
